How Often to Get Resume Reviews

Generally it’s a good idea to consider getting your resume reviewed:

• after making changes to your resume
• before starting your job search
• after a period of time in which you've been unsuccessful hearing back with your current resume

It’s up to you how much change justifies a new round of resume reviews, but it’s important to keep your resume updated at least in time for a recruiting cycle, as you don’t want to delay applying to roles because your resume is not yet ready.
